The rules for using the DANITURK Digital Store as a buyer or a partner.

Who we are

The DANITURK Digital Store is operated by DANITURK Tech × Media (“DANITURK”, “we”). By creating an account or buying from the store you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password and second factor safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse refunds, or put other people or the platform at risk.

Buying

Prices are shown before tax unless stated. An order is confirmed only when our payment partner confirms payment to our servers. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a price was clearly wrong, or if the product is no longer available; you would be refunded in full.

Licences

A product is licensed, not sold. The licence you choose (personal, commercial, team, and so on) sets what you may do with it. Redistribution, resale and sharing of licence keys are not permitted unless the licence says so.

Partners and creators

Partners agree to the partner agreement, are responsible for the products they list, and must have the rights to everything they upload. We may remove products that infringe rights, contain malware, or mislead buyers.

Limits

We work to keep the store available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
