When you can get your money back for digital products.

The short version

Every licence has a refund window (shown below). Within that window you can ask for a refund if the product has not been downloaded, unlocked or used beyond its preview. Products that are faulty, not as described, or not delivered are refunded whether or not you downloaded them.

How to ask

Open a support case from your account, quoting the order number and the reason. We aim to reply within two working days.

What happens next

If approved, the refund returns to your original payment method (timing depends on your bank or wallet). Access to the refunded item is removed from your library, licence keys are revoked, and any partner earnings on it are reversed.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider, we may suspend access to that item while it is reviewed. Please contact us first — it is usually quicker.
